Acceptance of terms
By requesting or receiving services from Captain Scoop a Poop you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree you should not use our services.
Services
We provide pet waste removal and related add on services in Chattanooga TN and surrounding areas. Service scope, frequency, and pricing are shown on our website and in your quote or confirmation messages.
Quotes and billing
- Online prices are based on typical yard sizes and dog counts. Extra time fees may apply for larger areas, excessive waste, or first time cleanups.
- Recurring plans are billed in advance on the schedule you select.
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise noted. Late or declined payments may pause service until resolved.
- Promotions and discounts apply only as stated and may change at any time.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice before the scheduled visit. Same day cancellations may be charged a trip fee.
- If we arrive and cannot access the area or cannot perform service for reasons outside our control a trip fee may apply.
- You may cancel recurring service at any time. Prepaid amounts for unused visits are refunded when required by law or plan terms.
Property access
- You agree to provide safe and timely access to the service area including gates and lock codes when needed.
- Blocked areas cannot be serviced. We will service accessible areas only.
Customer responsibilities
- Secure pets as needed to allow safe entry.
- Keep gates, walkways, and service areas clear of obstacles and hazards.
- Notify us of sprinklers, delicate landscaping, or special concerns.
Pets and safety
- We love pets and work to keep them safe. If a pet shows signs of stress or aggression we may pause service and contact you.
- We do not administer medication or handle pets.
Scheduling and delays
- We provide service on the agreed cadence. Exact arrival times may vary due to routing, traffic, weather, or prior jobs.
- If a delay occurs we will make a reasonable effort to notify you and complete the visit as soon as possible.
Weather and conditions
- Severe weather, flooding, ice, lightning, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling for safety.
- High grass, leaves, snow, or debris can hide waste and may limit what can be found. We will do our best within conditions.
Waste handling and hazardous items
- We collect pet waste and bag it for disposal. Disposal method may vary by local rules.
- We do not handle needles, chemical waste, sharp objects, or wildlife remains. If encountered we will notify you.
Photos and testimonials
With your consent we may take before and after photos for service verification or marketing. We avoid showing people or identifiable personal details. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with a visit contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the serviced areas and reasonable expectations under the conditions present at the time of service.
Limitations of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the visit that gave rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost time or lost profits.
- You are responsible for informing us about underground hazards, delicate landscaping, or conditions that could cause damage. We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards beyond ordinary care.
Communication preferences
By providing contact information you agree we may send messages related to service such as confirmations, reminders, and updates. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time while still receiving essential service messages.
