- Safe and timely access is required. If we cannot access the service area a trip fee may apply.
Yard conditions
- High grass, leaves, snow, debris, or flooding can limit what can be found during a visit. We will do our best within the conditions present.
- We do not handle hazardous items such as needles, chemicals, or wildlife remains. If encountered we will notify you.
- For the safety of pets and staff, pets should be secured as needed during service.
